WHY IT MATTERS |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wax Base Philosophy | Cheap, petroleum-derived Paraffin wax or low-grade synthetic wax blends. | 100% Natural Golden Brands 454 Coconut Soy Wax. | Burns completely clean and non-toxic, avoiding petroleum soot while showcasing a beautiful, smooth, off-white appearance. |
| Aromatic Loading Tier | Standard commercial fragrance loads, typically limited to a weak 5% to 7% saturation. | Premium Scent Saturation Maximized 10.0% load of complex, multi-layered profiles. | Delivers a solid room-filling cold throw on display and a massive, deep hot throw that lingers long after extinguishing. |
| Fragrance Architecture | Volatile, linear synthetic notes that easily flash-scorch or burn away flat. | Engineered 70/30 High-Projection Profiles 70% heavy resin/wood bases + 30% volatile citrus accelerators. | The fast-acting citrus captures immediate projection in the first half, while the heavy tobacco and resins expand beautifully as the pool deepens. |
| Wick Engineering | Basic zinc-core or generic cotton wicks prone to heavy mushrooming and soot. | Precision Flat-Braided CD-14 Cotton Wicks Interwoven with rigid paper structural threads. | Employs a self-trimming curl design that burns hot enough to cleanly consume heavy oils without clogging, smoking, or drowning. |
| Visual Presentation | Mass-market jars requiring plastic shrink wrapping or stick-on film labels to trap scent. | Zero-Dye Minimalist Glass Paired with 3-inch CandMak Cardstock Dust Covers. | Protect the raw, uncolored wax surface from cosmetic defects while creating a perfect structural seal to lock in fragrances inside gift boxes. |
| Maturation & Calibration | Quick-cooled on automated conveyor belts and shipped to stores immediately. | Controlled Slush Pour 135°F–138°F + Uniform Wire Rack Airflow + Full 4-Week Dark Room Cure. | Prevents heavy aromatic resins from sinking to the bottom, ensuring uniform scent distribution from the first light down to the very last millimeter. |
