Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Used or partially used products.
• Items marked as “final sale.”
• Gift cards.
Return Process
1. Contact us at support@njsoap.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@njsoap.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
