Shipping & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

International Orders

International orders, if accepted, are shipped ex‑works (Incoterms) from the United States. You are responsible for duties, taxes, and import requirements.

Processing Times

We generally process orders within 2–3 business days, excluding holidays. Processing times are estimates and may vary due to volume, product availability, or other circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

Unless a different return policy is posted for a specific product, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@njsoap.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected, subject to our Return Policy.

9. Electronic Communications and Signatures

You consent to electronic communications and agree that electronic records and signatures are legally binding under applicable law, including the E‑SIGN Act.

14. Mandatory Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute or claim relating to Your Use or this Agreement shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by JAMS. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice within 30 days of first use or purchase.

15. Exclusive Venue for Certain Disputes

Disputes excluded from arbitration (other than an individual action filed in small claims court) shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Morris County, New Jersey, or the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and you consent to such jurisdiction.

16. Remedies

Gottfried’s may seek injunctive or equitable relief for violations of this Agreement.

17. Modifications to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time by posting changes on the Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

18. Trademark Notices

GOTTFRIED’S® and all related names, logos, and marks are trademarks of New Jersey Soap Co., LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

19. Copyright Policy (DMCA)

20. Code of Conduct

Gottfried’s is committed to ethical sourcing, fair labor practices, and responsible business conduct.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Gottfried’s and supersedes prior agreements. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
